Hello EUROAVIAns! We’ve had a fulfilling period in the last couple of months with the events we have organised, and this month has been no exception. Here there are the details of what we have experienced.
One of the most important events of this month was the live broadcast we conducted with a Turkish engineer from Airbus, a giant in European aviation. Through this special broadcast, we got valuable insights into the latest developments and future projects in the aviation industry. The information we received from the Turkish engineer shed light on innovations and advanced technologies in the sector.
Our visit to Tusaş (Turkish Aerospace Industries) on March 6th was also very engaging. During this visit, we had the opportunity to closely examine the production processes of significant aviation vehicles produced in Turkey such as the Skorsky helicopter, Atak helicopter, Hürkuş training aircraft, and Gökbey helicopter. Additionally, we conducted an impressive question-and-answer session with engineers to gain insights into future technologies that we may see in the aviation sector, including the conceptual design of Atak-2. This visit allowed us to have a better understanding of innovations and advanced technologies in the sector.
On March 8th, International Women’s Day, we organised a special event to celebrate this important day with valuable women working in the aviation sector. Among the participants there were pilots, safety experts, engineers, and experts from various fields within the aviation sector. Coming together with these esteemed individuals provided us with the opportunity to listen to different perspectives and share experiences in the aviation industry. The knowledge and experiences shared by the participants were a great source of inspiration for us.
These unforgettable moments we shared together this month have strengthened our unity and solidarity as the EUROAVIA family. We look forward to spending more days filled with new events and achievements in the upcoming month. May our days be filled with aviation passion!
