The skies are not the limit for EUROAVIA Patras, as our members continue to soar to new heights in both professional development and innovative engineering. The end of May marked a significant milestone for our association, with events that not only enhanced our members’ career prospects, but also set the stage for another year of ambitious projects and leadership.
On May 28th, our members had the privilege of attending a comprehensive CV training session led by the esteemed EUROAVIA trainers, Anastasia Βogdou and Marios Zafeiriou. This enlightening workshop illuminated the path to crafting standout CVs, highlighting our strengths and bypassing the common mistakes that many fall into. Our trainers equipped us with the tools to present our skills and experiences in the most effective light, ensuring that our first impressions on paper are as impactful as our aspirations.
Just a few days later, on May 31st, the spirit of progress continued at our 2nd general meeting. It was a day of democratic expression and we listened to the candidates for the new board presenting themselves, highlighting their capabilities and their future plans.
Additionally, during June, we organized two flight trials for our project Airplane. During these trials, members constructed their own plane after studying a kit version. The results were impressive -the plane flew very well, filling our members with enthusiasm for their work! The sense of accomplishment and the thrill of seeing their creation fly to the skies left everyone motivated and eager to continue pushing the boundaries of aviation.
