Happy New Year from EUROAVIA Patras! We wish everyone a happy and creative 2025, full of development and new experiences! With the new year rolling in, EUROAVIA Patras is laying the foundations for its best year yet!
Following the end of the holidays and the return to normality, all Working Groups and Projects teams performed their final meetings, before the start of the exams period. Our Business Relations Team started contacting companies for potential partnerships, the Human Resources WG rolled out a feedback and brainstorming form, and the Airplane Academy Team met and set some goals for the development of their new RC plane!
Simultaneously, all teams are working and preparing for some future events that for now are under the wraps. With hard work from everyone involved, however, the Local Group is set for multiple events and trainings with the start of the next semester in mid-February.
The return to Patras however was not just about work and task allocation, as this month’s Fun Night also took place! Our members went out on a Sunday night for a casual drink in one of Patras’ famous pubs! It was a great opportunity for our members to get together, bond and chat for one last time before the start of the exams.
In the meantime, the Local Board does not rest, as it keeps performing bureaucratic and maintenance tasks in order to prepare for the upcoming semester.
