EUROAVIA’s history doesn’t stop today, it will continue to be written for years to come. While the future may be uncertain, we can prepare for it with hope and determination.
The COVID-19 pandemic caught us all off guard. Still, it was also a time when the association looked for innovative solutions to bring new types of content and activities for the members to keep the EUROAVIAn spirit alive. Although this period posed challenges in recruiting new members and maintaining the interest of our current members, we rose to the occasion with a bold five-year plan designed to ensure our association’s growth and continuity.
The 5-Year Plan aligns with EUROAVIA’s vision to bridge the gap between aerospace engineering students and companies. With this in mind, the plan includes learn-by-experience initiatives (workshops, seminars, projects), networking events between professionals and members, and skills trainings. Together, these efforts will empower our members as they pursue careers in the aerospace field.
The financial matters are not to be forgotten since they’re a key factor in bringing members new opportunities. Targeted collaborations, partnerships and digital marketing are part of the plan to be more attractive to sponsors.
We believe that all the actions taken by the association will keep the enthusiasm, foster participation between members, attract new members and gain more visibility in the aerospace sector. With this vision, we embrace the future of our group with optimism and anticipation for the journey ahead.
