Meetings, workshops, and even a test flight kept the Working Groups and the Projects of EUROAVIA Patras particularly busy this December.
To begin with, the Marketing WG, in addition to its weekly meetings, held a Canva workshop to help new members become familiar with the main tool the WG uses. Later in December, Marketing also created a yearly wrapped post, highlighting what the year 2025 has been like for EUROAVIA Patras, and designed a Christmas logo for social media. The first issue of the EUROAVIA Patras comic was also posted on Instagram, offering users a first look at Euπe, our mascot, who, alongside the Local Board, explains the hand signs EUROAVIAns use.
At the same time, the HR WG planned the first fun night of the business year, a karaoke night, giving members the chance to take a break and have a good time, while the BR WG continued their weekly meetings.
December has been busy for the projects as well. The Space Mics Podcast is now launching episodes on YouTube and live-streaming on Twitch. Meanwhile, weekly meetings were held by both the Rocket Project and the Airplane Project.
EUROAVIA Patras also held the first ANSYS workshop with Atlas M.ACH, our team for ACC, which is now working on the structural analysis and the manufacturing of its aircraft. To better prepare, Atlas M.ACH also performed a test flight with one of its older planes, collecting data to analyze for the upcoming race.
