Greetings to all EUROAVIAns from the sunny Turkish capital!
This July was a quieter month since the finals have finished and now we are in a long and hopefully relaxing summer break. Therefore, you will read about just a few events we organised this July.
Some of our members participated in FoWo İzmir and I need to say it was really unforgettable and crazy. Five days full of travel and fun and also a great training. We really want to point out that we had the most participants in İzmir with the number of three. We created a small “mafia” there (just kidding :)). Check out the photo of us in Sirince village. Unfortunately we forgot to bring the AS Ankara flag, but next time, we definitely will. Finally, a huge thank you to the organisers and participants for making the event so memorable.
The second highlight is that the university exam results were recently announced. Thus, an introductory event was organised on our campus, where we opened a stand. We introduced the young students, hopefully new EUROAVIAns, to our university, campus, department, and AS Ankara. We had great conversations, shared our experiences, answered their questions, and handed out stickers. We are looking forward to welcoming new members of AS Ankara this year.
