Dear EUROAVIAns, a few weeks ago the second edition of the largest networking event in the aerospace industry in Romania took place, AeroConnect Meetings 2024. Organised by EUROAVIA Bucharest on the 2nd of March at POLITEHNICA’s Bucharest Central Library.
This year, over 15 companies took part in this event and presented their unique career opportunities to more than 400 participants. As usual, the event was divided into two main areas, the Networking and the Forum zone. The Networking zone consisted of stands where representatives from the partnered companies showed the participants what it would be like to work for such businesses, while the Forum zone was used for short presentations of each participating company, as well as inspirational speeches by three captivating speakers.
Throughout the entire event the venue was packed of interested young students wanting to connect with potential employers, in search of their future careers. The participants had the opportunity to interact and familiarise themselves with specific tasks and certain activities from each company present to narrow down their future paths in life. We could say that everyone enjoyed their time and were fully engulfed in the connecting and socialising atmosphere set over the venue.
