December is a month of joy, magic, and family. At EUROAVIA Sevilla, we wanted to celebrate the final month of the year with a series of unique and special activities fitting for the season.
At the beginning of the month, we visited CATEC, a leading technological development centre specialising in innovation and research across fields like aeronautics, robotics, drones, additive manufacturing, and artificial intelligence. The visit was truly rewarding—this was a place we’ve been eager to explore for some time, and the experience, as well as the staff, exceeded all expectations.
We also had the chance to visit the AIRBUS Tablada factory, a key facility for the production of Seville’s flagship aeronautical model: the A400M. This aircraft holds a special place in our hearts, as it features in our logo, and witnessing its manufacturing process firsthand was nothing short of incredible.
To wrap up the month, we hosted EUROAVIA Sevilla’s famous Christmas dinner, an event attended by the president of EUROAVIA International, the EUROAVIA Sevilla local board, and more than 100 members. Following the dinner, we enjoyed an unforgettable celebration in a breathtaking venue right in the heart of Seville.
