The Semester Closing Barbecue (Semesterabschlussgrillen) was held on 31st July as a way to round off the semester together and celebrate the successful completion of the past months. Organized by EUROVIA Stuttgart, the event invited all members to take part, provided they registered in advance.
The barbecue offered the perfect opportunity to reflect on the semester’s activities, projects, and shared experiences in a relaxed and informal setting. After weeks filled with academic work, events, and commitments, it was a chance to slow down, enjoy good food, and spend time with fellow members in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
For many, the Semesterabschlussgrillen served not only as a send-off to the semester but also as a celebration of achievements, teamwork, and the bonds built throughout the year. It gave participants the chance to deepen friendships, share memories, and connect with others before heading into the exam season together. Newer members were able to integrate further into the group, while long-standing members enjoyed catching up and exchanging stories from the past semester.
Even though a casual, social evening, the event also played an important role in strengthening the EUROVIA Stuttgart community. By creating a space for laughter, conversation, and shared enjoyment, it was easy to have a good time. The Semesterabschlussgrillen was, both a celebration of what had been achieved and a send-off into the exam period, leaving participants looking forward to what’s to come with renewed energy and enthusiasm.
