AS Munich’s Journey Through Hamburg’s Aviation Hub
From October 26th to 30th, AS Munich, joined by members from AS Dresden and AS Aachen, embarked on a trip to Hamburg, one of Europe’s premier aviation hubs. Over five days, the group of 25 participants immersed themselves in the city’s dynamic aerospace ecosystem, gaining firsthand insights into cutting-edge technologies, future career opportunities, and the community that drives the aviation industry.
Fly a Rocket! – a dream turned into reality from AS Lisboa
It was in 11th grade when I discovered the “Fly a Rocket!” programme organised by the European Space Agency (ESA) in collaboration with Andøya Space and the Norwegian Space Agency. I set the goal of applying to this initiative that brings together university students from across ESA member states to gain hands-on experience in the space industry. So, as soon as I got into college, in my first year of aerospace engineering bachelor’s degree, I accomplished this dream.

Chapter 7 – Modern times (2010-2018)
Stepping into a new decade, EUROAVIA’s first big change was achieved by adopting a brand-new image: A change in its Corporate Identity (CI). This change included, for example, adopting two new colours, dark midnight blue and mercury, as well as the logo we know today. Although the desire to change the CI was expressed since the beginning of the decade, a lot of work was needed to make such change, and the new CI was presented, discussed and approved only between 2017 and 2018.
