ExMEAC and AMEAC 2024 from AS Covilhã

Airbus Sloshing Rocket Workshop 2024 Finals from AS Lisboa
The 5th edition of Airbus Sloshing Rocket Workshop (ASRW), a prestigious event for aerospace engineering students, took place in Lisbon, at the Instituto Superior Técnico and the Portuguese Air force Academy facilities from the 9th to the 15th of August 2024. In this year’s competition, several records were broken, including the highest number of registrations, greater horizontal flight distance and highest number of successful launches. A team from the University of Bologna and AS Forlì-Bologna, “Squirrel Works”, comprised of members from Italy, Spain, and Colombia, claimed victory at the end of the event.
Fly-In Bordeaux 2024
From the 27th of May to the 1st of June 2024, as AS Bordeaux, we had the opportunity to host a Fly-In, welcoming EUROAVIAns from all over Europe. We took the chance to also organise a conference open to the public during this week, called “Conquering a New Sky”.
Air Cargo Challenge 2024 from AS Aachen
The Air Cargo Challenge (ACC) 2024 was hosted by the Aachen Drone Development Initiative (ADDI) and AS Aachen, and it was a fantastic three-day event. ADDI had the opportunity to host the event this year by winning the last edition of the ACC that was held in Munich back in 2022. It is a competition for university students in the engineering or science fields, which offers practical application of the acquired knowledge in aircraft modelling.
One World One Fight Symposium 2024 from AS Ankara
Between May 7th -12th, 2024, AS Ankara had the opportunity to receive EUROAVIA members from all around Europe for the One World One Fight Symposium, an event focused on the challenges faced in the aerospace industry by individuals such as gender discrimination, racism. The symposium aims to emphasize a collective effort to address global issues such as sustainability in the aerospace industry, security concerns faced in both civil and military aviation and problems faced in international joint projects.
Lustrum & EMEAC 2024 from AS Istanbul

Drone Workshop 2024 from AS València
During the last week of February, from the 18th to 23rd, València had the opportunity to host the Drone Workshop (DroWo) 2024 event, an experience that encouraged participants to extend their knowledge and skills on drone technology, without missing the chance of tasting real paella and embracing Spanish culture all week long.
Formation Workshop 2023 from AS Athens
From November 26th to December 1st, we had the pleasure to organise and host the annual International Event Formation Workshop 2023, an event dedicated to soft skills training sessions delivered by the EUROAVIA Training System trainers. In total, twenty-five fellow EUROAVIAns from all around Europe, such as Spain, Romania, Italy, and other cities in Greece, attended the event.
Ideathon Finals in Munich
In early November, we had the honour to host our International Event, the Ideathon. The event was a showdown between two exceptional teams: UniBOss from AS Forlì-Bologna and Ad Mundum from AS Bucharest, following their advancement from the previous round in Terrassa, Spain.
