Contribute to the EUROAVIA Newsletter

The EUROAVIA Newsletter is a fantastic opportunity to showcase what your Local Group has been up to, inform the network about your activities, and keep up with news from other groups.

We highly encourage you to promote the newsletter within your local network. Members can subscribe directly using our Newsletter Subscription Link.

 

Contribution Requirements

While we welcome updates from everyone, please remember that contributing to the newsletter is an obligation for certain groups under the EUROAVIA Bylaws. Please ensure you keep track of your contribution count for the 2025-2026 Business Year.

Mandatory Contributions:

  • Affiliated Societies (AS): Must contribute at least two (2) times a year, AND after hosting an International Event.

  • Adjunct Members (AM): Must contribute at least four (4) times a year.

Voluntary Contributions:

  • PAS, PAM, and Working Groups (WGs): Contributions are not mandatory, but you are more than welcome to submit!

  • Technical Teams: We would love to feature your technical team’s progress and achievements in the newsletter.

 

How to Submit

Please review the official Newsletter Guidelines before submitting, as only contributions following this format can be accepted.

  • Upcoming Deadline: March 28th, 23:59 UTC

  • Submit via Email: Send your files to press@euroavia.eu

  • Email Subject Line: (P)AS/(P)AM/WG [Your Group Name] - NL contribution - [Month Year]

    • Example: AS Pisa – NL contribution – March 2026

  • Accepted File Formats: Microsoft Word or Google Docs only.

  • Images: Attach high-quality photos as separate files (please do not paste them directly into the text document). Mark within your text exactly where each photo should be placed.

 

Where Your Contribution Goes

By submitting an update, your Local Group’s news gets maximum visibility across our network. Contributions will be published in:

  1. The monthly EUROAVIA Newsletter.

  2. The Updates section of the EUROAVIA Aeronautical Blog.

  3. The EUROAVIA Lounge group chat on WhatsApp.
