The months of May and June brought many memorable moments for our team, filled with collaboration, progress, and new milestones. As the academic year was coming to an end, EUROAVIA Athens continued to stay active, connecting with the wider EUROAVIA community while also celebrating the achievements of our own members.
A major highlight of this period was our participation in EMEAC 2026 in Bucharest. Members of our team had the opportunity to join EUROAVIAns from across Europe, sharing ideas, exchanging experiences, and taking part in discussions shaping the future of the association. Throughout the congress, important topics regarding EUROAVIA’s next steps were discussed, while the elections for the new Designated International Board (DIB) marked another important moment for the association.
We would like to congratulate E. Deniz Baran once again on her election and new role within the DIB. Her passion and dedication throughout the congress reflected the true spirit of EUROAVIA, and we wish her the best of luck in this new chapter!

At the same time, these months were also a significant chapter for our own projects. After months of preparation, teamwork, and countless hours of effort, our members celebrated the first flight of the team’s new aircraft. Seeing an idea transform into a real flight was a rewarding moment and a reminder of what can be achieved through commitment and collaboration.
With EMEAC behind us, our attention now turns towards the preparations for ACC 2026 in Stuttgart. Our team is already working towards this next challenge, getting ready to represent Greece and contribute once again to the international aerospace community.
As we look ahead, we are excited for the opportunities, challenges, and experiences that the coming months will bring.
